Our annual Katrina Remembrance Service was held Monday, August 29, 2022, in the museum’s Waveland Room. This yearly service allows us to come together as a community to remember those lost, express our appreciation to our first responders, and acknowledge our community’s courage and resilience.

Following the indoor service we all gathered outside to place the remembrance wreath or the Hurricane Katrina marker.
